Kazem Deris, the founder of Ocean Pointe Insurance Solutions, sought to gain his education in the United States during 1978.  He earned his undergraduate degree and Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Northeastern State University, Oklahoma.  Kazem recognized the many opportunities for business ownership here in the U.S. and, during 1994, he became a licensed Property and Casualty (PnC) agent in the state of California.  Kazem opened several PnC offices in the Southern California area during this time.

Kazem, dedicated to helping each client every step of the way with product selection, has grown Ocean Pointe to become an agency of motivated entrepreneurs. Product training opportunities and continuous marketing tools are made available to help agents stay abreast of industry products and regulation changes to allow them to provide superior service to their clients.
